We offer a 30-day return period for eligible products from the date your order is delivered.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase or the item doesn't suit your style, you may request a return within the applicable period.
This voluntary return policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
2. Return Conditions
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, items should generally:

5. Refund Processing
After receiving and reviewing an eligible voluntary return, we aim to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
The time for funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Statutory withdrawal refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe.

7. European Consumer Withdrawal Rights
